TILE FLOOR WAS LAID IN ENTRY WAY. ALL OF THE STEPS THAT WORKERS HAD TO DO WERE DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE OLD FLOOR WAS REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF WITH NO MESS TO US. IT WAS NOTED TO US THAT THE FLOOR WAS VERY UNEVEN (VERY OBVIOUS) AND THEY WENT TO A LOT OF TROUBLE TO MAKE IT LEVEL. IF THEY HAD NOT HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT, IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE NEW TILE WOULD EVENTUALLY CRACK. THERE WERE FOUR ENTRY WAYS FROM OTHER ROOMS AND THEY INSTALLED NEW MEDIANS WHICH MADE THE TRANSITION FROM CARPETING TO THE TILE VERY SMOOTH. THEY DID A LOT OF EXTRAS AND TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN EACH STEP. THE TILE AND THE GROUTING ARE BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU TO THE SALESMAN WHO HELP WITH SUGGESTIONS ON THE FLOOR AND THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE ALL VERY GOOD WORKERS.

I used Cascade Flooring America LLC for replacing the bathroom floor in November.
They were very fast. I like that I was able to do almost everything online. As far as scheduling and telling them to come to my house, the quote everything was really nice. I got my bathroom floor replaced and they put in sheet metal. They first installed and then they had to come back and reapply the wall paint in some area. They came back and fixed it. The price seemed really competitive to me.

Cascade Flooring's rep met us at the job site and assisted us in the selection of the proper carpet material and color. Although the location in question was somewhat out in the boonies he arrived when scheduled and came well prepared with samples to view. Cascade's crew then installed the carpet as and when agreed. We needed to replace the wall to wall carpeting in a vacant home in the northwest corner of Clark County. Because of our schedule it's been generally necessary to do most of the work on weekends. The Cascade rep was more than willing to accommodate us by meeting us at the job site on a Saturday to help with the material selection. They were also very flexible on the install scheduling since there were other aspects of the overall home repair project that were a little hard to pin down.
The new carpet looks great - they did a beautiful job installing it. We're very satisfied

We had our sunken living room floor raised 8 inches to match floor levels in the rest of the house and we had engineered hardwood installed in that room. In the entry, kitchen and great room, we had floating vinyl flooring installed. We also had the kitchen counters redone with vinyl and a backsplash of tile added.
We had several estimates from other companies before we chose Cascade. The personnel we dealt with at Cascade were entirely professional, knowledgeable and ready to answer questions, both Paul and Jewels in the office and the installation crews. I appreciated advice on choosing materials. We never ever felt pressured into any particular choices. The estimate was quickly done, and their prices included the counter tops for less than other companies wanted to do the flooring only.
The work went quickly, and the workers cleaned up like magic every night--tools put away, floors swept, trash removed. They were super helpful and very knowledgeable about the materials and the installation.
We did have one glitch, but it was made right immediately and they were extremely apologetic. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. The glitch? We were watching the process long distance from our other house, and the wrong vinyl was delivered and installed. The installation was perfect: around the semicircular hearth, the kitchen island, and into every corner---but the warehouse simply sent out the wrong pattern. It happened to be more expensive than what we originally chose, and we could have kept it, we preferred the other pattern, which was similar but not the same. They immediately checked to see how the error happened, and scheduled a new install within the next 2 days. They were totally apologetic and extremely good about it. The installation is still perfect, and we smile every time we look at the floors and the countertops.
We plan to use Cascade again for any other flooring work. Extremely ethical people, good prices, and great workers.

I was even shown flooring options for the sales team that I didn’t know about. Paul Edwards, and his assistant, Jewels, were our flooring contacts through this process of remodeling our master bathroom and replacing the flooring in our guest bathroom and utility room. Paul had some excellent ideas on the process we should follow in obtaining a granite slab, selecting a backsplash, and then choosing the proper flooring for the job. He came out to our home early in the process. Samples were sent home with us - help was given on selecting the proper items.
Paul was very patient and honest throughout the process and provided things we needed to consider in our choices. We explained what our wishes and concerns were - they listened well. They were very prompt and fair with the prices and installation and I feel provided excellent customer service which made the project go smoothly and more enjoyable.

We had new vinyl flooring put down in our basement. The old vinyl for flooring was coming apart at the seams we had some water damage so it was discolored looked horrible. Reached out to Cascade flooring for a bid, Audrey came out with in a few days was very professional brought out a sample of exactly what I was describing to her that I wanted... Received the bid within a day, the quote was in our budget. Scheduled the date/time for install. The guys (can't remember there names) came out removed the old flooring and let me know that I had some spots that were a little wet and wanted to let them dry before installing the vinyl flooring. We had gotten a lot of rain and some water had gotten into our basement. Followed their plan floor dried they came out over the weekend and did the install. The guys were very nice, did the job, cleaned up afterwards and were on their way! They were great. Floor looks fantastic! Member Comments: It went very well. Communication was good and I appreciate the honesty about parts of the floor being damp and not wanting to rush through the job. Audrey even followed up with an email afterwards to make sure everything went well. Everyone I worked with at Cascade flooring was courteous and informative.

We have only one bathroom so a white floor got a lot of dirt. We decided we wanted a new vinyl floor which looked like tile. We previously called another company. They failed to call us back. When they did the price was TRIPLE what Cascade charged and we would have had to hire our own plumber. We drove to the lovely showroom for Cascade and were treated warmly by helpful staff. Barry made an appointment to come and measure. We checked out a sample to make sure it looked great (Barry's suggestion) and this was a great idea (but we ended up being quite pleased with our original selection - he was being safe because colors can change in different lighting). Barry sat at our kitchen table and submitted a bid on the spot AND it included the plumbing of the toilet/bath area. The worker arrived on time and installed a beautiful floor. We are very pleased!

My name is Patrick, a recent customer of Stonebridge @ Evergreen Gardens.
I'm writing to you because I've got some great things to say about Josh Taylor that I thought his management needs to hear. I think you'd agree in every company, recognition is a good thing but frankly we never do enough of it so here's hoping Josh gets recognized for his efforts in the Evergreen Gardens neighborhood.
- Josh is full of great ideas and willing to spend the time to work with us. We met twice and each time was about 3 hours. He gives us recommendations and good bang for the buck ideas, not just "pushing" some volume product that some design houses may do because they have a special agreement. Granted we may have been introduced to these products, but we didn't feel pressured to choose it. Josh helped put together a very compelling kitchen that we enjoy.
- Josh was very responsive at all times. He recognized our personal need to close on the target finish date Stonebridge conveyed and worked hard to get the granite slab brought in when there could have been an even longer delay. He also was very responsive when Stonebridge brought in a shower base instead of a full shower stall into our master bath. As a result, a tile shower had to be put in. He quickly helped rectify this issue with Stonebridge and gave us options to put in the right tile shower at minimal extra cost that we didn't expect. Sure we got a great deal on a tile shower as a result, but it's a credit to Josh for being so customer oriented.

Dear Sirs:
I am a die hard do-it-yourselfer and have become very used to going to the big box stores. I go there knowing that the service will usually be questionable but that the quality of the product and the prices will generally be comparable or better than what I can find anywhere else. In the case of the carpeting in our home theater, the service we received from the two big box stores in Vancouver was so dreadfully awful that I could not in good conscious continue to try to send my business there (despite repeated attempts). Fortunately, a neighbor of mine who is a professional tile setter sent me to your business and my wife and I could not be happier.
While we had an extremely difficult time even getting a big box sales associate to speak with us about their carpet options (much less schedule a visit to measure the room), Shawn was very attentive to our needs from the moment we walked into the showroom. His knowledge of the various products sold by Cascade was impressive and we didn’t get the sense that he was trying to unnecessarily up-sell us on features and products we didn’t need for our application. Installation took place within 8 days after our visit to the store and went very well. Could we have paid less by going with a big box? Perhaps. But we’ll never know since we were never able to even get a quote from them. It also didn’t help that the installation charges at the big box stores are generally a mystery for non-standard installations (like our concrete floors) until you have them come out to your house to measure (by which time you’ve already started to pay them money).
We will be replacing all of the carpet in my bedrooms with the next couple of years and I expect Cascade will be our first choice of vendor when the time comes. Well done.

The tile in the laundry and powder rooms look amazing. Tony and Steve are simply the “best of the best”. They continue to astound us with their diligence, skill and craftsmanship.
The carpet in the living, dining and guest rooms is lovely. Jeremiah certainly has the CFA work ethic. He wasted no time getting straight to work and did a beautiful job installing the carpets. In addition his clean up procedure was thorough and detailed. Kudos to Jeremiah for a job well done.
As always, Debbie is the “great communicator”. She is prompt, accommodating, knowledgeable and all with a smile.

The installation was scheduled over 2 days but the installers were so efficient they stayed and completed in one day. They even saw our new sink in the garage and took it upon themselves to make sure the counter hole would fit the sink just right. “We were thrilled.” Also … 2 ½ years ago we started this process, but my husband got ill; we figured we’d have to start all over, but I took a chance to see if Barry still had our info and it turned out he did. So our project went much quicker and smoother.

You have asked me in the past about our satisfaction in dealing with our subcontractors and other service providers recommended by your office. We have generally been pleased. However, in one case, we decided to work with a different provider, Jim Rice of Cascade Flooring, for our window treatments. We met initially with a person who’s name was provided to us by your office. We came away from the initial meeting somewhat concerned. Since we had enjoyed a very positive working relationship with Sunny and Josh at Cascade Flooring, I suggested that we call them for a recommendation on another window covering provider so that we would have a second bid and a sense of the customer service relationship that might be available from another firm. Sunny told us that they had Jim Rice on staff who had only recently returned to the area. We contacted him, have been extremely pleased with all aspects of his work, and recommend him highly foe others.
We were pleased in our initial meeting by Jim’s approach with us. He laid out full range of options with a great deal of information. He answered all of our questions, did not rush and did not dismiss any options. He offered his opinions, which were helpful, but did so in away that was very respectful of our views. His advice was clear, but it was just as clearly helpful rather than directive. It was so apparent that he was thoroughly familiar with the products he was offering, well beyond what we expected. We were not surprised to learn that he does the installation and repair work on those products. Once we were at the point of finalizing our plans, he worked with us on price to help us meet our price point that we could manage while also getting the best mix of products to meet our goals.
When it came time for installation, Jim was efficient, precise, clean, and careful. The finished product is excellent throughout. Once we saw the window treatments installed, it was even clearer that his advice when we were making choices was right on point as to type, color, and manner of installation. We are very pleased with his excellent service and would strongly recommend that you offer your purchasers Jim and Cascade as one of your preferred provider options for window treatments in addition to your relationship with them on floors and counters. I had previously gone to an interior decorator for assistance and for complete arrangement of my kitchen project and again I asked for her help. After looking at carpet samples with her, I decided to explore other options and so came to Cascade Flooring. I met Karen first and discussed my carpet needs with her. She was informative, anxious to help me find carpeting at a good price rather than trying to sell me anything at the maximum price I was willing or able to pay. I was with a friend and we were both impressed by her knowledge and her desire to work with me in terms of design, quality and price. I know both my friend and I will seek her out for future projects! In my case, I have 2 bathrooms to remodel. Karen is helpful and truly interested in her client's (customer's) satisfaction. She gave me carpet samples that were beautiful and were exactly what I wanted. Why on earth pay for a designer who did not show me the quality that Karen could and did at the same or better price. I know I will work with her again. Later that week I met with Shawn to measure my home. We also discussed my kitchen and bathrooms which I had planned to tile in the future. I realized after speaking with him that I had to tile these areas before carpeting ... something my "designer" had not explained. Because I had linoleum in these areas, I would have needed a metal strip over the carpet where it met the linoleum. I definitely knew this was not the "look" I wanted! My "design lady" had left this info out so she could make a quick sale. I would not have been happy! Now I knew I had to tile first... so I was now buying tile also. Shawn knew what to ask me in terms of my design desires. He knew how to arrange the timing on the tiling and carpeting. He knew how and what and when things needed to be done. He knew costs. He showed me tile samples, explained the difference between porcelain and ceramic and the grout types available. He helped me choose a strong tile and a grout that would resist soiling. I definitely felt he was concerned with my satisfaction with the results. He followed up and kept in contact with each contracted installer (tile and carpet) and with me during process! I cannot express my satisfaction enough. Working with Karen and with Shawn was unbelievable -I highly recommend them and Cascade Flooring to my friends. Wanted you to know my husband and I are EXTREMELY pleased with our new vinyl. More than the vinyl were the installers! On time very professional and kind. We both appreciate their service very much.

We used Cascade Flooring America LLC on the 26th of June 2009 and put in laminate hardwood floors. We spent $7845 on that work. They removed the carpeting and vinyl that was in the kitchen and entry way on the outside of our front door. They removed all the carpeting in the living room, dinning room and down the hall and cleaned it all up and replaced it with laminate hard wood floors. It took them 2 days, but the workmanship was excellent. The 2 guys that came and put it in were excellent and did a fantastic job. I talked to a representative, Barry, there and he came out the next day to follow up. He looked at it and asked if there was anything I needed to discuss with him or if I had any problems. I told him that it looked fine as far as I am concerned and they gave me a floor cleaning kit. I had only one problem with it and that is when I use Bona floor cleaning, there is a haze on the floor, so I called Barry about it. He came out, looked at it, took some pictures and cleaned the spot and he is working on it to see what the haze is. It is not much, but it is enough to leave foot prints, but other than that I highly recommend them and like they way they treated me. Barry is was very helpful, outgoing and not pressured, and answered all my questions. I can't say enough about them because of their workmanship, service and quality. I am happy with the price I paid for the product and services I got from them. * * * * * * * * * * We couldn't be happier. I just wanted to write a thank you to let you know how pleased and impressed my husband and I are with the wonderful service of your employees!
Shawn Medak, who worked with us the initial bid, was knowledgeable enough about carpet laying that he could help us figure out how to go under our stair well with built-ins; help us make the difficult decision not to move the floor to ceiling entertainment center which had been built on site, complete with a resulting hole in the ceiling; and was able to compute into the bid a better quality commercial carpet than any other bidders offered us! One bidder said she wouldn’t even bother to replace the under stair carpet.
Our carpet layer, Frank and his assistant, I believe named John, were very efficient in their use of time, all the while taking care to minimize seams and place them out of sight, out of traffic patterns, and “with the light”. Frank admitted, after finishing, that it was the most difficult job he had ever done!
Karen was a wonderful “communication director.” She saw to it that we reached whomever we needed and they returned out phone calls.
However, the best part of the service, that really stirred me to write this letter, was the availability and willingness to fix a “rubbery” brown spot we found in the middle of the carpet after everyone left. Karen hooked me up with Shawn and Frank and his partner were scheduled for the first thing the next morning! Vigorous scrubbing with some lighter fluid took care of it!
Anyone can sell and install carpet, but a customer is looking for someone who will service the job once it’s been done, as well as provide a quality product and workmanship. Your quality staff makes your company and that I would heartily recommend to everyone!

We had our home built three years ago and we were not happy with the tile I chose for the master bath. We finally decided to replace it and add slate to our built in fireplace. Needless to say, Josh's great eye for color/design and his vast knowledge of the various products made our selection much easier. We visited several show rooms and various companies to educate ourselves on the many products and various companies to educate ourselves on the many products available on the market for our project. We obtained bids from three to four different companies and were less than satisfied with the help, advice or confidence any of them gave us about what we wanted to accomplish and the time needed to complete the project. However, we were committed to doing the upgrade on our home and were ready to make a decision on who to select for the project. In the last few days prior to making our decision we were driving by your store on Hwy. 99 and thought we would stop in. It turned out to be a very wise choice. We were greeted with a friendly consultant, Barbara Courtney. She proceeded to show us several product choices in floors, countertops and carpet. She was knowledgeable and helpful far beyond anyone we had met prior. She we asked if she would come out to our home and help us with some color and material choices, she scheduled a time and gave us good advice and suggestions which helped immensely in making our decisions. Ms. Courtney designed a back splash for our kitchen we are very impressed with. After we made the decision to use Cascade Flooring America, Barbara introduced us to Debbie Guenther. She handled the contracting and scheduling of the work and it proceeded without any stress for us. We were kept up to date on all scheduling and Ms. Guenther handled any scheduling changes quickly and without unnecessary inconvenience to us. After all the work was completed we were delighted with the results. It is like having a new home. You were not the lowest priced bid we received, however you were definitely the best value. Our second home is a floating home at Jantzen Beach which brings its own set of unique installation issues. When I call for installation of ANYTHING I always start with “Do you do work on a floating home” and I wait to hear what issues they have with it. Additionally, I’m dealing with most details from Eugene , OR where my primary home and office is. I work to schedule everything for the dates and times I’m already up in Portland , OR to make the best use of my time. Cascade flooring, upon my first phone call, said “Of Course we work on Floating homes; we’ve done lots of them!” Whew! Good to hear. Ali has done the sales and design work and organized my floor and counter installation. I was on a tight schedule and she made it all work out. She is fun, knowledgeable and works hard. The installers, Jim and Rocky were really great. They were presented with an interesting set of issues and we worked them all out together. They worked hard all day to get the job done and left the place clean and tidy. Everything looks great; we still have the back splash to go and I’ll be back in the store after the holidays to see Ali. I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed meeting with you. We appreciate your positive energy, professionalism and genuine warmth --- an awesome combination for success! HOME RENOVATION We finally did it, we dove in and did the home renovation we've always wanted to do. We painted, we removed a wall, added another to make a room larger and lived in a construction zone for about three weeks. Then we visited floor covering companies, shopped and decided on Cascade Flooring America. It was actually Paul Edwards, flooring specialist who helped us make the decision. Paul was very professional, patient and walked us thru the entire process. The day I was to meet Paul and decide on vinyl floor coverings for the bathrooms, I was overwhelmed. My thoughts were " how will I ever decide, given about 200 choices, which ones will work the best. Paul explained the process of elimination, I went home with 12 choices and, voila, we easily made the decision once we had the samples in the context of our home. Next came the carpet installers, who performed wonderfully. Next step were the vinyl folks and that came off without a hitch. Lastly, were the hardwood floor refinishers, who again performed perfectly.
