What to expect:
Once the form is submitted with the details and the supporting photos or videos are attached, allow up to 7 days for management to review and forward to the appropriate party. It does take some time to arrive with a resolution in some matters so we will keep in contact with you throughout the investigation process.

We may have to submit to the claims department or get the manufacturer involved to complete the resolution but you will receive the warranty information of your materials and the proper care and maintenance as well with your submission.
